Suggestion to those who amend rules
Oh yeah... who am I to talk all these huh...!?
I'm an Indian....
I do have the right to express my opinions right ?
Well those who amend rules should tighten every possibility to kill those who brutally rape and slaughter girls.
Hanging till death is not option I would say.
Olden times, when heroes who fought many wars were captured by enemies, they were hanged till death.
These rapists shouldn't receive such a heroic fairwell either.
What do I wish to convey is, they should be either executed in front of the public in some brutal manner.
Yeah it is against all human rights, but those who argue should think about how human rights were violated when that girl was brutally raped.
If these lucifers are executed at some open platform, it will be feast to other criminal eyes. At least they will stay away from criminal activities from then on....
